RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return of your item. Returned items must not be damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and pouches.
Items on sale (via social media and on the website) cannot be returned or exchanged (promo codes, sales, etc.), even if there is a 10% off promo code.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

- The refund will be made by the payment method used when you paid for your purchase.
- Return costs are at the customer's expense.
We do not cover lost or stolen packages. No refunds will be issued.
